Raquel Moss
Raquel is a partner of Hassans and is responsible for the running of Line Trust Corporation Ltd. She specialises in all aspects of trusts, from their legal drafting to their management and administration.
A graduate of the University of Kent, Raquel also studied at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland and then spent five years working in Company Management in Gibraltar. Raquel completed a post-graduate Diploma in Law at City University, London and studied for the Bar exams at the Inns of Court Law School, London.
Raquel was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2002, as a member of the Middle Temple, followed shortly after by admission to the Gibraltar Bar.
Raquel also holds the Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
She has contributed to the journal "Trusts and Trustees" and other publications.
Raquel is currently serving as secretary to the local branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
